A square brass Tulasi kundi with a leaf-crown rim and a swastika carved on each side among flowering creepers, with a swastika inside the base as well. Plant the Tulasi in a small pot inside it, or fill it with soil directly, and set it in the courtyard, at the entrance or by the pooja room for daily Tulasi pooja and Karthika masam. Solid brass with an antique-gold finish and deep, sharp carving; wipe with a dry cloth to keep the shine.
